Fever Remedies One of the best ways to bring down the fever quickly is by drinking plenty of fluids and taking anti inflammatory like aspirin or white willow bark. It is important that the person that has the fever rest completely and even if they feel hot, stay covered with a blanket. This will help the fever to break.
After the fever has broken, it will help the sick person feel much better if they then go take a nice warm shower. They will probably feel a little shaky at first, but that will soon pass . Especially after they get some food and some more rust. There are several things that can help reduce the time a person is sick. One of the best is silver solution. Another very effective herbal supplement is golden seal. Combining Echinacea and golden seal is probably the most effective treatment for the common cold or flu available. When you're sick you should avoid things like sodas and coffee. Instead, drink water, juice, and herbal teas. Herbal tea is not only soothing, but most teas, especially green teas, have very powerful healing properties. For juice, drinking at cranberry juice or orange juice is especially helpful. Whenever you're sick it is very important to take care of yourself.
