Advice on rash

I have a small circle/ring on my ribs. I don’t think it is ringworm. I noticed it a week ago and it looked like a small scratch. It isn’t raised but I can feel the texture difference. It does not itch or irritate me, what is it?

Alternative therapy for rash
  • It could be a rash. Apply olive oil, Aloe Vera gel, vitamin E oil or cod liver oil to it 2-3 times day.
  • Make a paste of baking powder with water and cover the rash with it.

Wash it with lukewarm water after 8-10 minutes.
  • Add 1 cup of oatmeal in your bathtub and soak in it. An oatmeal bath is recommended for reducing inflammation and treating rashes.

  • You can also wash the rash with chamomile tea.
  • Prepare calcium water by mixing 1 teaspoon of calcium gluconate powder in 1 cup of water. Soak a piece of cloth in it and place it over the rash. You can also substitute calcium water with comfrey tea.
  • You can apply Burdock root oil to the area once at night.
  • After taking bath, dust the affected area with cornstarch or talcum powder.
  • Avoid foods that you are allergic to and have foods rich in vitamin C and zinc.
  • Use mild soap to wash the affected area and always keep it dry.
  • Always use warm or lukewarm water and keep it away from exposure to direct sunlight.
  • Let the area be aired and do not use any new lotion or cream over it.
  • Wear lose and comfortable clothing.
