I am having giddiness and palpitation. What will be the reason? I am having this symptom for nearly two weeks

If you are feeling giddy and having palpitations, it is necessary for you to seek medical help at once. You must determine why these symptoms are occurring. While they could be simple cases of over work or weakness, they could also be a harbinger of something more grave and serious. Only a doctor can tell you exactly what it is. Causes of giddiness may include general weakness due to over work or poor nutrition. It could also be a sign of vertigo. Among the more serious problems it could outline are low blood sugar and low blood pressure. Sometimes, giddiness is also a sign of anemia, albeit this is not common.

If you are experiencing palpitations, it could indicate a large range of problems. On a more serious note, it could be heart flutters or murmurs. This would require immediate medical attention. It could also be tachycardia or increased blood pressure. Both of these ailments could be signaled by the appearance of palpitations. Sometimes, extreme anxiety or nervousness could also be causes of palpitations. However, it is important to note that symptoms such as palpitations and giddiness would only be a couple of indicators of any or all of the problems mentioned here. There would also be more accompanying symptoms for them.
