Remedies to increase female libido 

There could be a variety of reasons for low libido among women. Most of these are mental, rather than physical. One of the primary reasons at the beginning of your sex life could be a bad or dissatisfying sexual experience, which has marked your barometer for sex altogether.


This can be taken care of by arming yourself with knowledge about sex and your own sexuality. This knowledge can be gleaned from a doctor or sexual counsellor, who will be able to guide you correctly. Among other psychological reasons for low sexual libido could also be boredom, acute depression, anxiety, nervousness, lack of energy, stress and so on.


All of these would have to be dealt with individually, and on a regular basis in order to overcome them and begin enjoying your sex life again.

There are certain simple changes you can make to your lifestyle in order to improve your general health and well being, which would always lead to a more satisfying and sexually fulfilled life. Include a daily exercise session. Exercise releases “happy hormones” known as endorphins into your blood stream and these will help you to be more upbeat. You can also switch to food that is lighter on the system, so that you do not feel generally lethargic. Some of the foods that are known to have some element of aphrodisiac value are strawberries, bananas, chocolates, figs and oysters.
