Dry piles cause an inflammation and continuous pain; the pain becomes unbearable while emptying the bowels. The bleeding piles cause anemia and weakness due to the loss of blood. Piles are caused due to unhealthy eating habits, chronic constipation, eating an excess of foods like meats, spicy and oily processed foods, wines, etc. It can also be caused due to lack of physical activity and exercise and an unhealthy liver.
