The top of my thigh has droopy sagging skin. Can this be firmed up?

You have not mentioned your age. Nor have you mentioned the reason for this droopy and sagging skin. Without this information, it is very difficult to tell you anything conclusive. It is especially important to know the reason your skin is in this state if you are to work at removing it. Generally, this happens when people have suddenly lost a large amount of weight. In this case, if your skin is droopy or sagging, then you would have to simply try to tone it. It is not really possible to do anything else. In order to tone the skin on such a tricky spot in your body, you can adopt one of two methods. However, before you do, keep in mind that there are no guarantees that either will show positive results for sure. As said before, a whole lot depends upon your age and other such factors.

Exercise, naturally, is the best way to improve muscle tone. For this particular part of your body, there is a simple and effective exercise. Take a large beach ball. While lying flat on your back, hold the beach ball between your knees and squeeze. Count to five while squeezing, pressing harder with each count. Then count to five while releasing the ball. Make it a point to always hold the ball by your knees. Don't drop it, otherwise the exercise loses its effectiveness. Try to do this twice a day for about 10 minutes each time. You will notice the firmness of your inner and upper thighs within a couple of weeks. Remember to start slowly and work yourself up to a timing of 10 minutes at a pace that is comfortable for you. Another very good exercise is to lie on your back and raise your legs up till they are perpendicular to the floor. Then spread them out in a "V" shape and stretch as much as you can. This will tone your muscles.

The other highly effective method to tone your body from anywhere is massage. In this particular case, you can use pure vitamin E oil. This is considered to be particularly useful in toning up your thighs as well as improving the texture of your skin. The method of massage should be circular, covering your thighs from all sides. It is highly likely you may need help with this, or may have to ask someone else to do it for you.
