Please suggest remedies for sagging skin due to weight loss?

Women can't develop muscles like men since they lack adequate testosterone, so there's no need for women to worry about being muscular in case they hit the gym. Sagging skin will cease to be visible once the body shapes up. It is also important to avoid any drastic measures such as crash diets - sudden weight loss is a sure way to develop sagging skin, as the skin does not have time to adjust and return to its normal size and shape.

A large number of body-firming creams are also available in the market. Aloe vera gel is said to be very beneficial if applied to sagging skin. Likewise, consumption of high protein foods like meat, fish, poultry, eggs, soybean and pulses, aid in muscle formation and thus help in getting rid of sagging skin. In case the problem persists, one may need to visit a cosmetologist. If there are any unwanted side-effects at any point of time while using one of these remedies, one must visit the doctor immediately.
