Exercises, foods and diet to lose belly fat quickly

I have a huge belly and of late I find it tough to do things in ease. Help me this reducing this belly fat?



There are myriad ways to lose belly fat. But the most important thing is for you to know that none of them are simple or easy. They will require a dedicated routine, discipline and strict diet control as well. And do remember that if you skip or miss any of the exercise routines for even a day, you will be taking a few steps backward. You can start with adopting a proper and healthy diet to begin with. Cut back on carbohydrate, the most significant sources of which are rice, potatoes, bananas and white bread. Avoid eating these as much as you can. Butter, sweets and alcohol are the other things that would need to be excluded from your diet totally. Have a glass of hot water to which half a lime and a teaspoon of honey has been added. This will help to melt lipids greatly. You may not snack between meals at all. For this reason alone, you can eat up to five small meals a day. This will ensure you don't feel hungry enough to snack either, since there will be a maximum of three hours between each meal in this case.

Make it a point to exercise for at least 45 minutes to an hour everyday. To begin with, it may be possible that you cannot do much, but you can just as easily start with brisk walking or jogging, if possible. It is absolutely essential to do tummy crunches every day after your walk. This is not an easy process by any means. But you can start with doing about 10 and gradually increasing at the rate of one a day as you go along. This is the easiest way to increase the number and reach a higher figure as well. This combination should go a long way towards lessening the belly bulge. But do remember that you would need to give it time.
