Bananas and Strawberries with Ricotta

Ingredients

  • A small banana
  • 2 fresh strawberries
  • Cup ricotta
  • 1 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp flax meal

Method

  • Take a small bowl and slice the banana into thin discs.
  • Wash strawberries and remove the tops. Cut into small pieces and mix with the banana.
  • In a separate bowl, blend the ricotta, yoghurt and flax meal.
  • Add the cut fruit to this blend and mix well.
  • Serve immediately.
