Prevention from Pancreatic Cancer


You cannot really prevent pancreatic cancer. There are no specific strategies which can prevent you from getting pancreatic cancer. Since the potential risks of the cancer are not really known, it is difficult to prevent its occurrence. Doctors do not screen for any kind of cancers routinely and since there are no known risk factors, it is not always easy to screen for the cancer.
