Wheat Allergy

Wheat is most important grain in almost all cuisines around the world. However, wheat allergies were rare. This trend is changing; people are suffering from the proteins found in wheat. Wheat allergy is found to be one of the most common allergies today.

Wheat allergy might not exactly because of the protein in wheat, sometimes it might just be because of the sticky protein gluten that is present in wheat, if it sticks to the intestines. You should administer a dose of this injection immediately after you start feeling immediate symptoms like dizziness or shortness of breath, you can also instruct someone else to give you this dose.

In case of your children even mildest of allergy towards anything should be immediately brought to the notice of your doctor so that he can take further tests and find out the real problem. Many a times over the counter drugs might help in getting control over this allergy, you can also ask your doctor regarding the medicines.
