Natural Remedy for joint pains

My mother aged 50yrs is having severe joint pain since last 11 yrs.kindly suggest the remedy

Natural remedy for joint pains-

1.Please tell your mother to take juice of 1/2 kg of Bottle gourd or

pumpkin daily once in the morning with 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder

and 1 tsp of honey .

2.Tell to do proper exercises and stretching daily .
