first of all go back to the doctor who prescribed the birth control pills for you and report what is happening to you.  this is not normal.

then find a licensed naturopathic doctor in your community to take over your healthcarea

The reason it is so heavy and a little more painful is becuase you go so long without one. It goes the same fro a woman that is pregnant and does not have a period for nine months.

Here are some things you can do to ease the symptoms and pain, you really should get your periods regulated monthly as this will keep them from lasting so long.

Make sure to get plenty of fibre and protein as well as complex carbohydrates which help expel excess estrogen from the body.

BLACK COHOSH,, tincture or capsules lift depression, ease muscle pain.

CHAMOMILE, , relieves muscle pain, you canbuy this as a tea.

DANDELION,, reduces bloating.

FENNEL, relives abdominal cramping and bloating caused by gas.

LEMON BALM, soothes and nourishes the nervous system.

PEPPERMINT, used to stabalize mood swings and eliminate gas.

RASPBERRY LEAF, tea is used for cramping.
