Treatment for sore throat in diabetics

I have diabetes and currently have a sore throat doesnt heal. Is there any remedy?

Treatment for sore throat in diabetics-

Just gargle with warm salt water 2 times a day.
Take 1 tsp turmeric in 1 tsp cow's clarified butter making a pasty mixture. Just gulp it down the throat slowly. Do not take water or any food for 1 hour after this. Best is to take this at bed time.
Take a homeopathic remedy called Arsenic iod 30, 5 pills once at bed time for 10 days. This will take care of the throat as well as diabetes.
After 10 days just follow up with biochemical remedies, Nat sulph 6x and calcarea sulph 6x 3 tablets from each, that is 6 tabs daily 2 times for a month.
