try taking l=lysine, this is not a over night cure, takes a while to get in your system, but it will work.

Recurrent canker sores are often associated with zinc deficiency, so sucking on zinc lozenges daily can prevent canker sores. Other home remedies include rinsing your mouth with a licorice tincture (2 dropper fulls in 4-6 oz. of water) and applying probiotic powder (lactobacillus acidophilus live cultures) to the sores. Hello Try out following tips: 1) Avoid Coffee , spicy & salty foods , and citrus fruits 2) Rinse your mouth with a mixture of one tbsp of hydrogen peroxide in eight ounces of water 3) A thin paste of baking of soda and water applied to the sore may bring relief.
