Multivites would probably already contain Vita B complex, and your liver would get rid of the access. Its very advisable for you to take capsules at at 2 different times, perhaps one with the morning meal and the other at lunch.

The body will excrete excess vitamin Bs through the kidneys. So, although it is possible to take a multi-vit (containing B vitamins) with B complex, it may be advisable to take the B-vitamins with the morning meal and the multi-vitamin with the mid-day meal. Dr. Karen Benton, Naturopathic Physician
