Natural treatment for cervical spondylitis - 1. Start immediately with alternate cold and hot fermentations using an ice bag and hot water bottle. Keeping each for 3-5 seconds on the cervical region then replacing it with the other for 3-5 seconds. Repeat this once every day for 15 days.
