Question on bladder infection and sex - Yes it is likely that the infection of bladder can pass through sex as while urination the infection travels through the ureters. Though the canal for passage of semen is different then too at the opening of the penis, infections can intermingle and transmit themselves. One can save this by properly sterilizing the penile outlet with disinfectants and finally with spirit before an intercourse.
This will prevent transfer of any infection.
