Remedy for black eye
Take cold fomentation with an ice pack immediately.
Take a homeopathic remedy called Arnica montana 200, 5 pills every 3 hours on the day of the punch. Then the next day reduce the dosage to 3 doses per day.
Take 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder in 1/2 a cup of hot milk and drink it 2 times a day for 2 days.
Application of a thick turmeric paste made with little olive oil upon the eye is very good for reducing hematoma and blackness of the punched eye.
