Treatment for mucus and blood in stools

Im 29 years old. While I pass stools,it has mucus kind of secretion before&along with the stools for weeks now.Tday I had bleeding as well.No pain or irritation.Is it piles?Please help.

This sounds like a serious matter that i suggest you contact a doctor about as soon as you can because this may be hemoroids or could be the symptoms of a tear in the large intestine.
