Treatment for Charlie Horse -

• While fasting one should just sit down with bent knees and relax to ease the pain of Charlie horse.
• Stretch the calf muscles by stretching the legs extending them upon the heels so as pointing the toes towards the head.
• Just do cold fomentation for 10 minutes with a cold pack.
• Just give pressure upon the quadriceps upon the hip with the hands and massage for 5 minutes.
