Are there any home remedies to fight vaginal odor/bacterial infection?

This is an all too common thing to happen and can be uncomfortable AND embarrassing! The best ways to deal with this are:
Avoid douching. This disturbs the natural bacteria in the vaginal passage and can lead to infection, which in turn, causes bad odor and discomfort.
Shower or bathe daily and be sure to wash and rinse thoroughly “down there”
Change your underclothes daily.
Drink lots of water to flush your system. This will keep all systems working correctly and flush out toxins that can cause odor and infection.
Eat healthy. Avoid strong smelling and tasting foods for 24 hours before being intimate. These foods cause you to smell like them through your sweat and vaginal discharge. Eating lots of fresh fruit can help balance things out as well.
Another thing that really helps even though it is more commonly used for bladder and urinary issues is cranberry juice or pills. This can help immensely to balance out the bacteria and flush out additional toxins in this area of your body. Avoid drinking sodas or carbonated beverages and try to stick to herbal teas, water, or fruit juice to improve not only your vaginal health, but your overall heath.
