It is difficult to leave any addiction, for some it is impossible but for others they think it is not possible. It is wise to seek a medical help or the help from a rehabilitation center. A health care professional will provide a substitute for heroin that will be gradually weaned off once your withdrawal symptoms lessens. Green tea is also very beneficial for heroin addiction. Follow a strict well balanced diet and yoga or exercise regularly to take care of the physical pain.
