Question on piles and cancer - 1. No not always do people develop cancer if they have piles. 2. Some of the grade 4 piles that are prolapsed and not treated properly or not operated, may lead to ulcerations and gangrene. This may lead to a malignancy.
3. If a pile bleeds or anything bleeds in or out of your body, is sure to get alarmed about. One should do a thorough check up to rule out the possible causes of bleeding.
