Here are some natural ways in which you can reduce head sweating.

  • Zinc -Take 30 to 50 mg of zinc per day.
  • Tea bags -Boil 5 regular tea bags in a quart of water for 5 minutes, let cool, soak in a wash cloth and place on head for 20-30 minutes at night.

Xanax is an anti-anxiety medication and may reduce perspiration if the reason for your sweating is nervousness. You may also try to reduce your anxiety through other therapies such as hypnosis, NLP, or meditation. You're right about notputing an aluminium based anti-perspirant cream on your head, since aluminium deposits have been linked with a variety of neurological conditions. Please keep in mind, perspiration is also the body's way of eliminating toxins, and that is healthy. However, excessive perspiration can also be indicative of an endocrine imbalance.
