Remedies for itchy scalp
what is good for itchy scalp and big flakes of the scalp,I wear my hair braided too, I get big clumps in my scalp what would relieve/prevent that?

Eat less sugar. Your scalp has a type of yeast and sugar over activates it and makes your head flake and itch.

Itchy scalp with flakes is a typical symptom of dandruff. A regular oil massage is helpful in relieving a dry scalp. Avoid use of chemicals and colors.
Apply curd, a few minutes before hair wash. Repeat this procedure twice a week. These are some effective dandruff remedies
