Advice for tummy tuck: I am going thru the menopause and have developed 'menopausal tummy'. Can you give me any advice on how to reduce this. I can exercise but only lightly as I have rhumatoid arthritis and an underactive thyroid

Your menopausal tummy, RA and hypothyroidism all can simultaneously get corrected if you adopt breathing techniques of Yoga. Though there are DVD available on these techniques from divyayoga.com, author would suggest learning under neighbourhood Guru.

Ayurvedic suggestions for these problems are to take aloe vera pulp/gel in the morning empty stomach, which restores liver, spleen and helps in menopause problems. Wild yam creams you may be already using. Reg. Aloe vera, see further discussion at
