Chipped nails may be an indication of digestive insufficiency, mineral imbalances, endocrine imbalances, etc. It is important to identify the cause of the condition. Sometimes some apple cider vinegar in a little water before meals will stimulate stomach acid and improve digestion. A few pellets of mixed homeopathic cell salts, in water daily, are often a good addition to improve mineral balance.
An endocrine imbalance, such as hypothyroid can be treated in a variety of natural ways. Check with your health care practitioner to provide the appropriate testing and diagnosis.
