Queries on yoga exercises
I have operated upon hysterectomy can i do yoga exercises.

Hi, had one of those two, best advice,NO EXERCISES for at least 6-8 wks, and a clear bill of health from doctor before Any exercises

you can do yoga,but it depends time period,a year passed,if yes then you can do its no problem.
