Is there any home remedy for headache?
(13 Jun 2006)
At the beginning of a headache you can put ice on your neck and put your feet in hot water. The aim is to draw the blood away from the head to stop the pounding. Sometimes a little caffeine can help, try a cup of green tea.
If the headaches are regular, you need to find out what type they are tension, migraines etc. and treat accordingly.
