For dark circles under eyes, We have many home remedies that you can check out. For stretch marks on shoulder, try this really good recipe:
Blend together these ingredients in a mixie.
½ cup virgin olive oil + ¼ cup aloe vera gel + liquid from 6 capsules of Vitamin E + liquid from 4 capsules of Vitamin A.
Pour the mixture into a jar and refrigerate. Apply over stretch marks
