How To Get Rid Of Yellowish Hands And Feet?

Yellow hands and feet could mean you have hypothyroidism and/or adrenal problems. You need to see a doctor and get tested. I would recommend seeing a naturopathic doctor to make sure you are given natural remedies to treat your problem.

Another reason for yellow hands and feet is too much beta carotene. If you are juicing carrots, maybe you are drinking too much.

Try this remedy: peel a few potatoes and cut each one into a few pieces. Boil all potato pieces until the water thickens and mash them in the water. Soak your feet and hands in this warm liquidy mashed potatoes until it cools down. Do it for at least a few days.

The first step is to determine the cause of your yellow hands and feet. If your diet contains high amounts of yellow vegetables and excess beta carotenes, then this could be the issue. If other parts of your body (such as your sclera) have a yellow tinge, then the cause may be a liver dysfunction. You may also have some other metabolic defects that may contribute to this symptom. Please check with a trained health care professional who can take a good history, perform an exam, and can help you develop a good treatment plan.
