28 year old woman with swollen glands in her neck. what are some remedies for the swelling and discomfort?

Depending upon the location of the neck swelling, it could be either enlarged lymph nodes or an enlarged thyroid. It is important to identify the cause of the swelling in order to treat appropriately. If the swelling is due to enlarged lymph glands/nodes, it could be indicative of a chronic bacterial or viral infection. If the swelling is due to thyroid enlargement, then appropriate dietary and supplement interventions may be appropriate. Simple blood tests can identify either of these conditions, and I would recommend seeking the advice of a health care practitioner.
