Home remedies for treating piles
I have been recently suffering from piles problem. I get pains after bowel movements. I do not want to go for surgery so please advice.

Piles can be caused though lack of fibre in the diet, or/and lack of fluid intake. The best conventional medication is an ointment called Proctosedyl, which should clear the problem within 3-4 days.
