what are some good healthy snacks for palpitation patients?

Is your heartbeat out on a race? Palpitations are sensations of heartbeat that feel like your heart is racing. Keep a check on your dietary regimen and lifestyle.
- Indulge in fresh fruits and raw / steamed vegetables.
- Eating a guava in an empty stomach is helpful.
- Salads with sprouts and cottage cheese is good.
- Fresh buttermilk is beneficial.
- Take a glass of water, mixed with a tablespoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon, before going to bed.
- Try to avoid alcohol (cough syrups also!).
- Avoid smoking.
- Eat a well-balanced, low-fat diet.
- Exercise regularly.
- Try stress management techniques such as yoga / meditation.
