Question on healthy snacks for palpitation

what are some good healthy snacks for palpitation patients?

Is your heartbeat out on a race? Palpitations are sensations of heartbeat that feel like your heart is racing. Keep a check on your dietary regimen and lifestyle.


  • Indulge in fresh fruits and raw / steamed vegetables.
  • Eating a guava in an empty stomach is helpful.
  • Salads with sprouts and cottage cheese is good.


  • Fresh buttermilk is beneficial.
  • Take a glass of water, mixed with a tablespoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon, before going to bed.
  • Try to avoid alcohol (cough syrups also!).
  • Avoid smoking.
  • Eat a well-balanced, low-fat diet.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Try stress management techniques such as yoga / meditation.
