I suffer from Hietal Hernia, Psoriasis and Acne. I would like to know if there is some kind of remedy (Herbal medication, Diet, etc) I can follow for all 3.

You have three different problems of different types. Since you are suffering from hiatus hernia you probably find that you experience symptoms which share many common points with heartburn. As a result, you often find that the food that you have just eaten backs up and causes a burning sensation at the back of your throat. The only remedies for this problem are related to your diet. You should watch what you eat in order to identify the main offenders. You will find that beverages like tea or coffee, spicy food or even citrus fruits. You should learn to recognize your enemies and avoid them. You should try to eat smaller meals since this may help you avoid heartburn. You can also try and take small sips of water while you eat your food. You should also stop smoking after dinner or drinking coffee. Drinking a teaspoon of vinegar can also help you control the heartburn. You can also soak some almonds in water for some hours and eat these when you suffer from reflux. Sucking on a whole clove can also help.

For your problems with psoriasis, you can try the time tested remedy of using oil on your scalp. This will have to be left on for at least half an hour before it is washed out with a mild shampoo. You can also massage in Aloe Vera juice into your scalp. Jojoba oil is another option to try when you are massaging your scalp and skin. Leave it on overnight for best results. Taking baths in seawater is beneficial in the case of psoriasis. You can also use mudpacks to get over the worst of your condition.

For the acne you can cook four to five tablespoons of oatmeal in half a cup of water and use this on your face. Mix one tablespoon each of rose water and lemon juice. Use a cotton ball to spread this over your acne and go to bed. You can scoop out the flesh of a ripe avocado and mash it with a spoon. Mix this with a little water and apply this on your face. It can be left on your face for about twenty minutes and the washed off. You should also ensure that you clean your face every single day. Use a cotton ball dipped in apple cider vinegar. Lemon juice can be used too. Egg white can be spread on the face using a cotton ball. You can leave it on for a couple of hours, till it dries and then wash it off.
