Fair Skin
How to get a brighter and fair skin

Having fair skin is not really possible for everyone, but it is certainly possible to have clear, glowing skin by simply spending a little time taking care of your skin everyday. The color of your skin ultimately depends on your genes, and if you are naturally dark skinned, there is not much you can do to change this fact. To the extent that you are able to avoid exposing your skin to sunlight, you may be able to lighten your skin a bit.
However, you cannot get any fairer than your natural skin color. To prevent sunlight from darkening your skin, you need to ensure that you are well protected when you step outdoors during the day. A sunscreen lotion is of course necessary, and should be applied approximately half an hour before you step outdoors. You should also ensure that the sunscreen has a high sun protection factor (SPF), preferably at least 40, and apply a generous amount of it. However, actually covering your skin is more effective than sunscreen, and you should therefore wear a hat, as well as suitable clothes that cover most of your skin. In addition, it is generally advisable to avoid spending too much time in the sun at all, especially during peak sunlight hours – usually between 11 am and 4 pm, although this may vary considerably, depending on where in the world you are.
The health of your skin is however much more important than its color. Exposure to sunlight is only one factor to consider here – there are several other factors that can damage your skin, including dry weather conditions, and harsh soaps and cosmetics. It is important to use a mild soap that does not dry your skin out. Cosmetics should also be of good quality, and should not be overdone. They should also be washed off thoroughly as soon as they are no longer required. If you suffer from dry skin, either due to the weather or due to a lack of natural oil, you must also moisturize your skin regularly.
You can also use a natural combination of exfoliant, cleanser, and moisturizer, such as honey mixed with rice flour, lemon juice, and sandalwood powder. This should be applied at least once a week – gently massage the paste into your skin, leave it for fifteen minutes, and then wash it off with plain water. Finally, ensure that you eat a healthy, balanced diet, so that your skin gets all the nutrition it needs.

Fair Skin Natural Remedies
Skin colour is something that you can not really change and is not really a consideration for measuring beauty. It's more important that you have healthy and unblemished skin as this can affect your appearance. In order to have healthy skin, it is important that you have a balanced diet as well as follow a regular exercise schedule. Include vegetables and fresh fruits in your daily diet. Keep a box of assorted nuts on hand and try to have at least two handfuls of them every day. Nuts contain oils that are unique to them and essential for healthy glowing skin. Make sure that you drink plenty of water, as it helps to regulate the systems in your body as well as get rid of bodily toxins.
Another often neglected aspect of a healthy diet is fiber. Insoluble fiber is important for the digestive tract and making sure that you have the required amount daily ensures a clean and healthy body. I suggest that you try to use more natural products as part of your daily skin care regimen. You can use honey as a moisturizer for both your skin as well as your hair. Use egg yolk on your skin and/or hair at least once a week. Egg yolk helps to replenish lost nutrients and will keep your skin/hair soft and moisturized. Make sure that you also get an adequate amount of undisturbed sleep every day as this is necessary for your body to repair any damage suffered during the day.
