Diagnosis of Loss of Appetite, Fever and Abdominal Pain
The symptoms that you are talking about are associated with various health disorders. Fever and loss of appetite can be a result of minor infections or usual health conditions such as cough, indigestion or acidity. But the pain that you are talking about makes your case something different. A combination of these three symptoms has to be diagnosed with care and concern.
When it comes to abdominal pain, the pain is categorized into upper abdominal pain and central abdominal pain. Based on these abdominal pains, the causes of your symptoms can be diagnosed. But as I am not sure for the exact area of pain, I can only help you with some usual causes of abdominal pain, fever and loss of appetite.
Abdominal pain, fever and loss of appetite can be a result of hepatitis, infectious monoucleosis, bruncellosis, alcoholic hepatitis, pancreatitis, cytomegalovirus and leptospirosis if the pain is in the right upper abdomen. If the pain radiates in the center of your abdomen, then you are likely to suffer from appendicitis, an inflammation in the appendix. The symptoms can even be diagnosed as ulcer if the pain is in the upper central abdomen. Clinically there are various ways to diagnose these health conditions. Most common among them are metabolic test, lipase test and hepatitis test.
I would advise you to check with your doctor for diagnosing the right disease and provide effective treatments for the same.
