I have finding great benifit in using Potato/Carrot juice to relieve arhritis. What alternative is there for me to have when away on holiday when iIam not not able to prepare the juice as I do at home

Arthritis is a disease that affects the joints of the body and occurs in different forms, of which osteoarthritis is most common. Using carrot and potato to make a juice is quite common, and such juices are also readily available. You can easily have it made for you by the hotel or the accommodation at which you which you will be staying for the duration of your holiday. However if it is not possible, then you can always try pineapple juice as a substitute for the carrot or potato. One cup a day generally does the trick and helps reduce the swelling and inflammation in arthritis.

If you have a problem in procuring the carrot, potato, or pineapple, you can try using coconut. All you have to do is eat it directly and it helps in reducing the pain. In case you are holidaying near a coastal area, there is a variety of fish such as salmon, tuna, sardines or mackerel that you can use to remedy the everyday symptoms. However make absolutely sure it is prepared under hygienic conditions and that the preparation does not involve too much spice. Finally, exercise is the best measure to use when on holiday as well as at home, as you are free to do it at your own convenience and it causes a noticeable improvement in your health.
