Question on vegetable juice: Where would I get potato juice or spinach juice?

The way to get fresh juices of these kinds is to squeeze them yourself, the reason for this is that most vegetable juices are not easy to keep fresh for long shelve sitting periods unless they are added with some preservatives and chemicals to maintain the natural colors which in turn destroys the properties and natural compounds. Put spinach 300gm with one glass [or as much as u want juice]of water in a blender ,blend n strain your spinach juice is ready you can make potato juice in a same way

Wash and chop raw potato or spinach based on your requirement. Put the required vegetable in the mixie and remove fresh juice. Consume it as required.
