The black eye natural treatment will depend on the extent of the injury and the condition of the eye. A black eye is the result of an injury to the head or face. The injury could result in the collection of fluid around the eye which causes swelling and discoloration giving it the name of a black eye. If there is no other damage then treating the symptoms which in this case is the black eye should cure the problem. In case of pain, a pain killer other than an aspirin can be given. Aspirin being an anticoagulant will increase the amount of fluid around the area. Here it is better to take the advice of your doctor as it is best not to medicate such conditions on your own.

Peel a cucumber and cut off a round slice. This can be placed over the affected eye to bring relief. Massage the affected area gently with some castor oil.
