If you are presently suffering from all these symptoms then I would strongly advise you to consult a doctor at the earliest. Fever by itself can be treated with some medication. In addition to this you can use a cold compress to bring down the temperature.


Change the water twice or thrice to ensure that it is really cold. Now dip a towel in this, wring out excess water and place on the forehead. This will ensure that the fever does not get out of control. In cases of very high temperature which refuses to come down, you can also bathe the soles of your feet.

The rash could be as a result of some kind of an allergy. You should wash the affected area in cold water. Use running water. Hold the rash afflicted part of your body under the water and then pat dry. Avoid scratching or pinching the rash. Wear loose clothes that will not chafe against the sensitive skin. Avoid dressing in synthetic fibers. Wear natural fibers.

I suppose you are referring to your high blood pressure. You can treat this by cutting down your salt intake. Try to practice some relaxation techniques in order to reduce any stress you might be feeling.  However, despite these remedies you should visit a doctor since you are suffering from all of these complaints at the same time.
