Allergies health advice

1. Eat little at a time. Do not stop eating oranges. Eat them before meals, before sunset and drink no water after having it for 1/2 hour.

2. If allergy is severe then have some lemon juice. Take 20 drops in 1/2 cup of water.

3. Take a homeopathic remedy called Allium cepa 30 5 pills, 2 times daily for 10 days.

4. Take another remedy called Nux vomica 30, 5 pills once daily for 10 days .

5. Putting rock salt over oranges will minimize the allergic effect.
