how to increase hemoglobin and that to when that lady is pregnant(7th month running)

Increasing hemoglobin in pregnancy-for a 7th month pregnant women.

1. Take iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables, specially, spinach, broccoli, lettuce etc. Consume the liver of lamb and meat of chicken too.


 2. Take a homeopathic remedy called Ferrum phos 30 5 pills, once at bed time daily for 2 months. 

3. Take a bio combination remedy called ferrum phos 3x 5 tablets 3 times daily for 3 months.


 

4. Do slow and deep breathing, yogic pranayam especially bhastrika for 15 minutes 2 times daily preferably on an empty stomach.

 5. Take a walk in the garden for 1/2 hour, 2 times daily specially in the early morning sunrise and before sunset.
