Treatment for dry heels
Remove some part of dry heel by rubbing it with a pumice stone. Next, apply equal part mixture of aswagandha oil and sesame oil after warming it to a comfortable level. This can be conveniently carried out at bedtime. cover the heels with a soft cotton cloth in order not to make the bedsheet oily. Carry on this oil remedy for six weeks daily.
