Tell me about hydrogen peroxide in the ear for vertigo or any other Vertigo remedies.

Rinsing your ears with hydrogen peroxide would certainly help you to deal with ear wax, but the moistness which it leaves behind serves excellent environment for the bacteria's to multiply. Other than hydrogen peroxide you can try these home remedies to handle vertigo -

  • Soak 1 tsp of alma and 1 tsp of coriander seeds in a cup of water at the night. Drink this water next day morning.
  • Make a paste using 1 tsp wheat grain, 5 almonds, 6 watermelon seeds, and 1 tsp poppy seeds. Fry 2 cloves in 1tsp clarified butter and grind everything to make a paste. Add this paste to milk and drink daily.
  • When you feel wobbly FOCUS. Look at a particular point and try to focus your attention on that point. This will help you to handle imbalance.
  • To avoid dizziness sit first slowly then rise slowly instead of immediately standing from a sleeping position. Consult a specialist if your vertigo worsens or if you need to remove the in depth ear wax.
