Similarly, wearing uncomfortable footwear has also been known to cause a great deal of discomfort and heel pain that is difficult to bear. Avoiding treatment for pain in the heels will lead to further discomfort in time to come.

  • Foment the foot of calcaneal pain in a tub of hot water dipped till ankle joint. Then take out from this and put the foot in cold freeze water tub. Repeat this for 5 minutes keeping in each tub for 5-10 seconds.
  • Take a homeopathic remedy called as Ruta 30, 5 pills for 3 days in 3 hour intervals. Then wait and watch for 10 days.
  • If the pain is still there take another homeopathic remedy called as calcarea flour 30, 5 pills once at bed time for 3days. Then watch out for 15 days.
