One is that you ought to avoid wearing even an inch of heel in your shoes. This will automatically allow your total weight to be distributed all over the body. The second thing is to get shoes professionally fitted for daily wear and usage such as walking and so on. Following a combination of these methods should easily help with curing heel spur.
