The combination of weight loss and exercise made significant improvements in mobility. And exercise shows the most dramatic relief from pain. Muscles and other tissues that hold the joints together wear off they are not move much. This causes the joints to lose its shape and purpose. Moderate exercise can help relieve pain and keeps the muscles strong and flexible.
