An orange has over 170 different phytochemicals and more than 60 flavonoids making them very useful against many heart and vision problems, although they may not provide the same benefits as carrots. By increasing orange intake you can have a healthier immune system. It works greatly against different kinds of cancer too. Most of the orange and yellow fruits in the market contain good amount of antioxidants in the form of vitamin C as well as carotenoids and bioflavonoids. Another way to shine your teeth is to combine dried and powdered bay leaf with dried orange peel to make a great teeth whitener.
Suffering from urinary infection, consuming orange juice helps to increase the acidity level and minimizes the growth of bacteria.
Chewing a vitamin C tablet everyday also proves very beneficial in reducing levels of acidity and avoid further infections.
